That Masamichi Katayama(the dev)is an alien i think :P

And navigator those site you show was always there in a matter of flash developing, they don’t represent the ordinary flash application for the ordinary user they are the top level and was made by top dev/designer with a big budget, the way i see it flash was always row to this level, but again it’s much more expensive on the budget and restrict to top studio level or to top freelance dev` world. As a fact the way i see it flash developing getting more complex and expansive to make only because there are less new flash dev` entering this sector.

Unless you bring new stuff that can be made only by flash and set you the wow effect with good function that can’t be done with all those java plug in then you are on the upper hand. Today i think all those banner rot/ media player can easily bee skip in to make with flash is not necessary, or you can download some amazing open so` unless you do something that can’t be done with those plug in.

But trust me flash is here, you just need to pay more for it :P
