Hi everyone. Sorry, but we do not have the answer to this… We are actually looking for the answer…

Since we are in the process of redesigning our website, we are thinking to include a section at our homepage, where we will provide answers to 3 common questions customers may have when they visit the website of a WordPress theme shop. So, if you were a customer/buyer, which 3 answers would be in your mind?

Thanks for all the feedback!

Cheers Team Codestag

Hey John & Ram,

Your current website looks cool, hope redesigned site will look super awesome. Wish you all the best. Think there will be answers for questions:

  • What you do?
  • How you do?
  • Why customer will choose your product?

wish you all the best guys

What is the pricing model? (membership discounts etc.)

How is support handled?

Are themes supported with regular updates, and do these updates cost?

Who are these guys and do they know what they are doing?
