I don’t have time to read the full topic, but I will simply ignore it.

Thank you for response.

This is something that affects you as author here at Envato. At least read the first post on the link you got in reply above.

Replying with just “i don’t have time” is rude in so many ways, especially to the person who tried to help you by pointing to the source of the information you need and asked for.

I didn’t mean to be rude, but he answered to my question so it is a waste of time to clarify a problem that is solve !

As long as the percent I get is not changed I don’t care, so why should I read ?

maybe to find out that you will earn less money even if the rate doesn’t change?

is this something that will increase your curiosity?

the $2 surcharge is now going completely to envato and is not getting split up between the author and envato, like in the past.

So when you sometimes in the past wondered why you earned around $1 more for the same item, then that was because the buyer didn’t purchased with deposited money, but paid directly via paypal and then a fee of $2 is added to the item price.

Now you will always get only your share of the item price, not a share of this $2 on top.

As I said earlier “as long as my fee is not changed ” I don’t have a reason to read anything else.

But I read something and here is what I found:

“Hey Bebel, thanks for asking, and sorry it’s a bit confusing—it takes some getting used to! “

As an exclusive author, off an example $100 transaction, you’ll earn $50-70 with the same volume breakdown.
Non-exclusive authors will make $36 off a $100 transaction (previously $33).

So I’m an exclusive author I will get between 50-70% as usual.

When I’m going to earn less then I get now I will stop being an exclusive author maybe even start to find something else…
