3D Silver Flash Buttons V.2

Okay, I’m fairly good with Flash coding but not so up on the current state of extensions. About the nice 3D Sliver Flash Buttons V.2 – Do I just drop them in and tell them what to do? Or is there some real coding involved? I can make buttons, but if I could find really cool drag & drop buttons like these for only $3.00 – Hell, my times worth more than THAT!

Are they really that simple to implement in Flash Pro?
