Maybe not so relevant but Christine i saw on one of your theme you asked your customers to contact with you if they’re thinking to rate the item below 5 stars. I was just wondering has anyone contacted you and stated any reasons and so on?

Hi CanYigit, I haven’t had anyone get in contact and specifically say they want to rate it less than 5 stars. I have had buyers threaten me with a below 5 star rating if I didn’t customise the theme for them. There are some very rude people out there and they don’t seem to understand we work around the clock fixing bugs and answering support questions.

That’s just sad. Especially when customers use it as a threat. I was just wondering if that helps. We are all facing that kinds of situations. Well, good luck to all of us

I totally agree with Dream-Theme, some people are jerks, master jerks hahahahaha

The rating system MUST be improved, but this probably will be a slow change since I think it’ll need be developed, tested, tested and when we talk about a +2 mi items, isn’t so easy as it looks hahahaha

But if you provide good support, you’ll probably have 4-5 stars in almost of your items, but you need to work hard :)
