Hi faisalbaqir, I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please be so kind to explain in detail what exactly is happening, and if possible, post a screenshot, so we can better understand the issue. Thanks.

So you are trying to upload an item to the marketplaces, but after you click the Upload button to submit the file, the mentioned 405 not allowed nginx error appears?

Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried to upload to the marketplaces via FTP? See if that works. If the problem persists, do Contact Support and they’ll gladly help you out.

If you have already contacted support, just post your ticket ID here in this thread, and/or tweet your ticket ID to @envato_support requesting urgency. Hopefully it can help speed up the process. Let us know if everything works out. Good luck.

In most case users try to upload your demo but you need to upload screenshots i.e this field has size limit and produce this error.

faisalbagir what size is your themepreview.zip file ? Do not upload your demo here , only jpg images are allowed or you get error.

Hi faisalbaqir,

I’ve forwarded your ticket number and you should have received a reply, but this is most likely something that requires a Dev to have a look at it, so it might still need some time.

Thank you for your patience.
