I noticed that authors use a variety of ways to manage user feedback. I’ve personally tried out Uservoice and Wufoo, but I know a lot of people use Facebook or even have their own forums. Here’s a round-up of all the different ways I found:

Conceptfeedback seems more like a way to get feedback before publishing the theme. Which is a good idea for another post ;)
