On the note of #12, imagine if you added a new page which contains mainly text. It would be nice to be able to add a banner size ad space in the center of the page, and a several boxes on the right.

That’s about it Chief. If there was such a directory WP theme, then it would cover most needs for directories, as the buyer’s could customize it according to their clients needs, without having to either build it from the ground up for each project.
