a Joomla template converted to wordpress

I really like how http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=dominion is made but I dont want to use joomla because alot of people tell me wordpress is better since I want to make a blog type of site. Can anyone on this site convert the whole design so it work for wordpress and how much. The one right now is red but they have it where you can change the color to other ones.
