Well I’m really new in this bussines. 1 item in my portfolio, 0 sales and a lot of things to learn. So, for that reason I come here frequently, to the forum section, to learn any useful tip to get started in the good way with Videohive. Today I found one little bug. I use the search field in the right side of this page and when I search for a term, everything looks right, but when I want to go to the second page of results, it’s going to the general results. I mean, I search for example “cs6” and hit search. 15 pages of results was found with that word. In the first page are the “Forum Posts” that have that word. But if you click the 2 page or hit the NEXT button, I see only “Videohive Projects” Search Result, like in a normal search.

It’ll be awesome if someone can fix that. I believe in this forum section to make my path to a successfull Videohive carreer, so it’s important I can access the old posts. Thanks in advance!

Did you try the ‘Search Forums’ search field or the main ‘Start Searching…’ field at the very top?

I tried the search forums field, in the right sidebar. I search for “cs6” and as I said, the first page looks correctly. Only displays forum related results. But the second page, are results from the VIDEOHIVE PROJECTS search result.

Take a look: http://videohive.net/old_search?utf8=?&term=cs6&type=forums&type_id This URL is the search result for the “cs6” keyword. Only press the second page of results and you’ll understand what I mean.

Well spotted. Please report that bug to support.
I didn’t noticed a bug before, because I’m mostly using google for search.
Try something like this:
keyword1 keyword2 site:http://videohive.net/forums
If you already noticed who write useful things, add this “username says” (with quotes) after the keywords, for example, google for this:
rules “optical flares” “markbrodhuber says” site:http://videohive.net/forums
or:
“c4d to ae” problem “felt_tips says” site:http://videohive.net/forums
And as tricky keyword add word “thanks” or “solved”, and there is more probability that somebody said thanks when problem is solved :)

Btw I like your avatar :D \\\\
