The standard for uploading templates seem very high and for beginners like me, it would be great if there was a Very cheap template section which does not costs more than $4
That way there will also be cheap templates and more visitors will come and it will also help beginners!

We’re currently considering the possibility of a “bargain bin”. I’ll keep everyone posted!

We’re thinking about it.
lol okay!
Hope it becomes reality Soon
My only hope is this “bargain bin” doesn’t get advertised on the front page and gets little to no advertising. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a premium marketplace and you mights as well just include them with the rest.
Keeping standards high I think should be part of ThemeForest – I know it’s a kick in the teeth to get rejected but it should encourage you to push harder, work harder and learn new things otherwise you will end up with a portfolio of “ah, it will do” designs.
When I first started designing most of my work was awful (sure I’m not the only one) and even now I’m not sure I am up to scratch but that just makes me work harder to get it right.
If we do end up with a ‘bargain bin’ then I agree with shadow66142000 – it should almost be a practice area for new designers, however, if there are so many high quality templates out there for completely free I can’t imagine anyone is going to part with $4 even if it is a bargain.
IMO : Work yer nuts off to become the best designer you can and get your work into the best categories and sites… not the bargain bin.

The bargain bin would primary be for the templates that have been purchased less than X times in the last X months.
I believe they’re experimenting with the idea over at FlashDen at the moment.
That sounds more like it Jeffrey. If the items were only approved to go directly into the “bargain bin” it could turn out to be the “junk bin.” I hope that doesn’t happen!
