A template with several Advertising spaces

I am trying to find a template with several advertising spaces as that is going to be the source of income to sustain it.

Any templates to find here? Or any ideas?

My Wooituts community wordpress theme has multiple ad spaces, these spaces are fully manageble through it’s admin panel. There’s room for lots of 125×125, a 300×250 and 468×60.
