A wordpress widget

Im looking for something like this:

I have several sites and want to show the latest or a random post from that site on my main site. I want it to be nice visual. like show the picture and a nice text. And if you click on the post you came to the site where it belongs.

My main site is “www.storyutbildningen.com” today I have a image widget in the end of the site to three different sites. Instead of that I want to show as I say – the latest post or random post.
