I have a project where I need to provide a YouTube style experience, where visitors can register and upload personally created videos (to be hosted locally, or maybe embedded Vimeo).
We also need to capture and display user ratings of these videos.
Think YouTube but with more emphasis on user rating and competitions.
Can anyone help?
