They said its non negotiable. You can’t include links to external websites unless they are part of the marketplaces. Linking to your own website in your preview is not allowed.

I would recommend not linking to any extensive help files in your description for the simple reason that you may be assisting anyone who has obtained/stolen your file illegally. Keep detailed help files within your downloadable file only and reserve them for paying customers only. Just something to think about.
