I wonder if anyone has tried tracking the links to see if the “GLWS” comments actually lead to decent traffic?

It does make items look better to buyers imo – mostly because of the “oh, all these people think this is a great product”.

I don’t think it brings enough traffic, but then again, I think that it’s the habit of people with the same mentality that spamming blogs with worthless comments would bring valuable traffic to their own site, or that overcrowding a site with $0.01 revenue ads will earn a fortune. In other words, people looking for easy money that will never come while barely sitting on your ass. Peanuts.
