Currently interaction with the “reply” window is very wrong.
When I launch the reply window , I can’t read the questions posted by the buyer.
Currently I’m doing this: 1. “Remembering” all the questions posted by the buyer.
2. Copy/ paste buyer questions in the notepad , and read them from there.

Or, make the “Reply” window draggable !!

peace ! :)

Agree! Also separate the “report” button, to the right, or wherever, would be nice. I can’t count the number of reported-by-error comments, and multiply by authors…

Put that form below and avoid using that fancy popup, just like the forum.

you can always open same page in two tabs you know… :) But still, a normal and more regular comment system would be much better.

Or write your answer in notepad (especially considering that previous and next arrows on keyboard down work) and when you are finished, copy paste in reply.

There are plenty of work-arounds … what we need (for both convenience and credibility) is for it to just work!
