Hello, I have a problem with my portfolio. My portfolio doesn’t show all accepted items. I had seven accepted design, but today I see only four of my design. I don’t understand what is the problem. Are those items removed from my portfolio? but why? Two items are three month old and one item is only seven days old.Can anyone tell me what is the problem? :crying:

I don’t know if that’s correct address. You’ve sent mail to support@graphicriver.com Actually a few days ago I sent a mail to support@graphicriver.net but it failed to reach the server. If that address you used is correct then you’ll surely be getting a automatic response with ticket id of your mail. If you didn’t got it then you can try contacting them through here:

Hi Badhon, if you didn’t delete them yourself, I can only think of two other possibilities. Maybe someone hacked into your account, which would be a good idea for you to change your password as precaution, or, some of your items had copyright issues.

In any case, do as Raincutter suggested, send an email to support. Good luck.

I have changed the password. I can’t contact with support with the link bcoz one of the field want item link but how can I provide them the removed items link.
