There was a recent incident where a reviewer approved a few files in error and without following the necessary GraphicRiver guidelines for the category. The files were recent – only up a couple days a most – and our team is working with the authors effected by it. It’s not a common practice, as this was a special incident.

Thanks Amanda for the info, but Badhon said he had two files removed from his portfolio that were three months old. What happened there? (that’s if his statement is correct).

Maybe those other files were removed due to some past mistakes the author made, and staff felt it was unnecessary to discuss in the open to preserve the author. Just a thought.
