Hi, today I accidently clicked on “purchase” an item which costs 25$. Without something that ensures that I really want to buy, it just took the money out from my account. (25$ is important in my case)
I sent a support message, do you think they will do something about it?
I kind of doubt you will get a refund, but that seems like something obvious that should be implemented in the system? I always expect there to be some sort of checkout/overview screen when purchasing.
Ive bought a theme here before but I cant remember the process, was a while ago
Maybe if you don’t download it you might have a chance. When I buy themes, the download page marks the file as not downloaded yet until I click on the download link. So if you can prove to them that you don’t have the file yet Who knows?
Ya AdamGold has a point. I’ve bougth a few things lately and I can see how that might happen. However, very doubtful about a refund.

If they can track the downloads of a user, they can refund it.
I’m pretty sure the page issues an alert dialogue which you have to confirm, or it does for me.
Of course I didn’t download it, and I also told it to them. There is the text “No download yet” above the download button, so I guess there is a tracking system. Really hope for refund
