I am using the infocus theme. I am writing my own form. So I have made a new template and put the php code in that I usually use when making a form that populate a database. When I submit the form (to the page that it is on) I get the 404 page. Usually I set the action to action=”#” . That did not work. So I tried putting in the full url action=”http:mysite.com/mypage/” that does not work either. I also tried to make the form submit to another page in wordpress action=”http:mysite.com/myotherpage/” . Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi wmsgroup, have you tried asking the author of the theme for some guidance, maybe he can point you in the right direction. You can interact directly with the author here.

For additional theme related issues, he also provides a dedicated support forum, which can be found here.

Of course, this thread will also remain open, welcoming any/all feedback from the community, in case someone does have an accurate solution for you. Good luck!
