Actionscript help for interactive movie

Hey guys/gals!

I currently shoot a movie with my friends and we want to make it interactive. I have a lot of programming knowledge but not in ActionScript…

I want to fade in a menu after each scene where the user can choose one option. Like this:

Are there any tutorials or is there someone willing to guide me ?
