Add new radio in Media Thickbox

Hello all,

does anyone here knows of any tuts/link on how to add new radio button in media thickbox? I want to add new size option.. I searched Google but I cant find one..

do you mean in the panel of uploaded images? Where you set image title, caption, etc… ?

Yes, the size option with radio selection..
