add upload to Better WordPress Options Panel

Has anyone successfully add a upload images options to the “How to Create a Better WordPress Options Panel” ? I found this tuts on “Adding Image Upload Ability To Options Panel”, but I can’t get it to work.

Can you post what you did to achieve this, when I use the code from the other page, it doesn’t save the image
