Adding shortcodes option panel

Hi everyone, we’re coding a new wordpress theme but we’ve some issues with tinymce editor. We would to add a drop down list with all our shortcodes so when users click on a list item a thickbox window will be open with the specific shortcode’s options. Could you suggest some tutorial?
