I would like to slow the timing down on the home page slider in my new zig zag theme site. How do I do it? (I haven’t found an answer in the Forum).

I found one theme with this name so http://themeforest.net/user/Brankic1979 use the contact form in bottom right to ask author. Each slider have option you need to look again theme documentation and find slider part with option after edit the proper script who control the slider.

I will gather all my questions and mail Brankic, slider timing being one of the questions. Would have been nice with better slider options in the wp-menue. There is no information about this in the help file under the menue “slider options” that feels a bit odd to. It seemes Brankic have good support, but posting an answer here would save him (her/them) a few e-mails =)

For any one that finds these posts about slider timing, here is the answer. I had only taken a look inside the css-scripts, but you have the timing of the slider in java-script. Under the zigzagwp folder, open up the file “slider-simple-home.js” for editing (in notepad++ or similar).

A few rowes down you will find “slideSpeed:xxxx” and “play: xxxx” where the digits, in red, are milliseconds.

Simple enough =)

I feel like the admin…
