I want to make an admin plugin, but it seems I have many roadblocks ahead.
First, I’d like to know if the admin themes on TF are standalone HTML or if they are themes for WordPress. (I mean in the Admin Templates category)

They’re usually static HTML files that people can integrate into their own projects.
