Adobe Illustrator issue

there is some little flaw with adobe illustrator when some change color in gradient mode when you edit the color stop to change your color it’s allow only to change the color by changing the sliders of CMYK , Or , RGB this is little hard what the possible solution to solve this issue

You can use Swatches. Get your desired color, put it on the Swatch board, then drag and drop from the Swatches window to the “stops” in the Gradient bar.
