In light of a recent thread made on videohive:

http://videohive.net/forums/thread/marijuanacannabis-after-effect-files-and-more/128777

I know that envato rules have a point

from a legal point of view, I think some payment providers may not allow merchants to sell this type of items.

BUT

After all, the big part of the money that go into internet are for adult themed websites. Is a huge market.

I don’t have any problem creating or working with adult themed items so I think other authors and buyers maybe think the same so what if we create a separate area that can be hidden by default so no one is offended, where this type of items can be sold?

It will be great to see if authors are willing to create this type of items and buyers to buy them :)

Keep it safe for work.

I don’t have a problem with adult content too. One of my best clients is the biggest sex-shop in Netherlands.

It is a huge market and I don’t see a problem unless it is against your religion for example (I know some guys have a problem with this and I respect that – actually one of my partners don’t want to even look at my original demos because of pictures showing girls in sexy clothes).

Other than that – I would surely create specialized themes for adult sites as I already have some experience with that :bigevilgrin::bigevilgrin:

As much as authors may want that, I don’t think Envato wants to be associated with that type of content which I agree with.
