Advices for beginners?

Hi everyone. Wish all of you a wealthy and happy new year!

I’m a newbie. Can some one tell me how to learn building a premium wordpress theme? (How to be responsive, which framework to use…). I’m very grateful.

Just study and dissect existing themes and use them for learning purposes. For responsive themes I would look at Twenty Twelve, Bones, and Skeleton.

Are you talking about _s by Automattic? It and underscores are similar as underscores is based on _s. What I like about underscores is it has a script for keyboard navigation for image attachment templates, and a script that makes your menu a toggled dropdown on small screens.

Yes you can use them for premium and “freemium” projects.
