Advise Needed in Uploading Aries Theme...

Hi there – I am having problem uploading Aries theme. Wonder if I’m doing the right thing, could you advise? Here is what I did:

1.] Unzip the zip file which I have downloaded. 2.] I’ll then see another zipped file titled “aries”. 3.] I then upload this file. 4.] What happens is, it keeps showing “Sending request to mywebsite.com”. I have waited for a very long time, say around 30mins and it still shows the same message.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Do you have ftp access to your web hosting? Or maybe Cpanel?

Thanks for the prompt response. Yes, I do have access to the cpanel, I am signed in. Anything else I should check?

Ok, this is what you can do.

Go to CPanel -> File Manager -> Your domain name -> wp-content/themes

Now upload zip file of your theme in themes folder, and then unzip it. Go to your WordPress admin and check out list of available themes, if you done everything right, your new theme should show up there.
