Hello!

I recently downloaded the Digital Space AE template. The scene looks great and I can input all of the necessary video and text, however I have run into a problem with output. When I try to export a 1080p30, 720p30, or even and mp4 or FLV, the program crashes. I am using After Effects CS4 on a Windows 7 32 bit operating system. It is not clear to me whether it is my hardware/software setup that is causing the crashes, or some sort of plug-in used that my computer will not respond to. All I know is that my machine is able to render all other projects quickly and without fault.

Any feedback you provide will be much appreciated.

Thank You!

-John

Hi John…I would suggest to send a msg to the author of the project…He knows the project and how it’s built ….
Maybe some effects used are causing this, have you trying in another system?

I think this AE template is too heavy….you should increase RAM of your computer, sometimes heavy project got crashed due to low space RAM.

How much RAM would you recommend for a project this heavy?

What format you are exporting to?

Try exporting to image sequence (like tiff or psd) then, if all is well, render that image sequence to video
