Alarm Clock app

Hi guys I am looking for an app that will wake me up each time, I have an iPhone and would like something like:

• scan the barcode to turn off the alarm clock,
• walk away from the bad (let’s say 3 meters) to turn off the alarm.

Anything that will move me out of bed.

I always throw my smartphone to the other side of the room when I go to bed.

Alarm goes off > I have to get out of bed and actually walk to my smartphone to turn it off.

There’s an app that you have to shake to make it turn off.

I use an app called Sleep Cycle. Essentially, you put it on your pillow, and it detects your sleeping pattern, and wakes you up when you’re in the lightest sleep – optimum refreshment

And finally, there’s an app called Snooze will donate $0.25 for every time you snooze (which is a bit of an extra incentive to get out of bed)

Have you tried sleepcycle yet? Sleepcycle requires your phone to be placed in bed(put it in airplane mode). You set a half hour timeframe to wake up for the next morning and it wakes you up when you are in the most ‘awake’ state. It does this by tracking/measuring your movements in bed for the whole night.

And I can tell you that it works 8/10 of the time. When waking up in your ‘most’ awake state, you can get up very easily.

If you had a rough night and want to stay in bed, the app also offer a ‘intelligent’ snooze option which won’t allow you to fall back to sleep VERY ANNOYING, but very useful!

There are also additional features that will help you to get to sleep better(playing white noise). In addition, you can take notes before you sleep insert what you’ve eaten/smoked/drunk anything you would like and you can see how this affects your sleeping pattern. The app records your sleep every night and can make very nice looking graphs that will show your sleeping behavior. It also gives you the opportunity to rate your sleep when you wake up and it automatically measures the ‘quality’ of your sleep.

And no I’m no affiliate, I just like the app very much

i have a smart phone.. i work 3rd shift.. so my body knows when to get up.. and get ready for work.. but i do get a 1hr lunch break.. so i find a place at work to take a nap and set my alarm on the phone so i can get up and finish my work

I was using sleep cycle, but still couldn’t wake up. The Wake N Shake is IO 6.0 +
