I think an idea would be one custom badge and caption per member. Make it so members can design a badge that falls within the size specification and then add a caption and submit it for approval.
So someone might have a pineapple badge and be Envato’s best pineapple juggler. Or a small penguin for the best penguin farmer. Or I’m sure you guys could come up with wackier stuff.
Then we could have contests 
Yeah yeah, who knows, just another crazy idea..
