I really don’t understand what’s the problem in Gmail reading our mails and creating ads that I will ‘actually’ find usefull..

I would rather pay for a service and then be the actual client so that the company protects my personal information.

I like Adblock Plus
I don’t know if this has anything to do with Google, but it seems like lately the internet has more or less just been taking a bunch of products I’ve looked at online and thrown them up as ads. This is cool, but I already know about all the products I’ve already looked at…seems kinda redundant.

Same here! They’re doing it on purpose, the goal is for you to click the ad which gets Google paid more. They want to use up them ad clicks FAST and this is the best way.
