An Exclusive Envato Author who has Opted Out Recently???

I was just checking settings page and thought that on “Exclusivity of your Items” there is an dropdown menu or something and bum! Im non Exclusive Author now!? And there is no turning back? This is realy done bad!
How can I turn back?

Someone did this recently… there is a 30day cooling period, then you will have the option to opt back in.

You’ll stay exclusive for that 30days, so just make sure you log in to change it back.

Thanks! already contacted suport. probably devs could do it better. Maybe a way to switch between. And option like in withdrawals page, last settings on the end of the month should be applied

Like an option “Your request to be non-exclusive will be processed on date. Click here to cancel”

I guess there is a legal reason for the 30day cooling period maybe

“cooling” is pretty self explanatory probably to rethink your decision I guess
