I already started one thread about my problem.And now I write again. Last month I decide to withdraw my earnings from Audiojungle via Payoneer card.Card is verified and it works.On 15th I got email from Envato which said: We just processed your request for xxxx USD via payoneer. Happy Spending!

And thats all.No email from payoneer, no money on payoneer account.I thought it was because of weekend.But its not. I wrote to Envato support and they said that money is successfully proceed to payoneer.Than I wrote to Payoneer support and they said there is no any money from Envato, and they ask me to get my Payee ID from Envato. Envato support reply me and gave me that number. I again wrote to payoneer support and they reply me with following: “The Envato Payee ID that was provided below is associated with another Payoneer account, and has been for almost a year. Unfortunately that is the only information I can provide at this stage.”

Which means that money has sent to someone else account.

I wrote again to Envato support and still nothing. No answers, no money.I just want to know this mistake is came from me or Envato? I was wondering is it possible that I made mistake when I was typed my card digits? I mean, it would be very stupid If you type wrong one digit and your money get to someone else account without any error or warning message.

I really hope someone will help me about this issues.

but did you contacted envato support with the information above? They let them know what payoneer had answered?

looks like is night in Melbourne, I think you need to wait a couple of hours till who deals with account and finance will be in office :)
