Double espresso. Multiple times daily. No milk, or sugar, or caramelsupermochawhatever added. Just the pure, thick, black, coffee. It’s the best way to tell if a barista know’s what they’re doing, and if they can pour a good coffee shot.

Melbourne has some great cafe’s that do amazing coffee :D

Speaking of which, I’m getting withdrawal shakes right now. BRB, going to see a crazy Italian guy round the corner about a coffee…
