Any copyright issues?

Hi, everyone.

I recently purchased a wordpress e-commerce design and already made a theme using it. But I found the design of this theme is similar to mrporter.com I don’t have much experiences in this case.

Is there any copyright issues with this?

IMO the only thing similar is the layout of the logo and main navigation, but with different font-face.
Other than that I see they have a different layout in the rest of the page.
