I won’t claim to be a pro runner or anything (I only run between 5-10km at a time a few times a week) but I’m interested to know if there are any other runners out there!
If so, do you use any run trackers like Nike+ or the Adidas miCoach?
Lucky girl! These days I hardly get time to walk. I love hiking and related exercise. Maximum time I am in front of computer. I only walk 15 mins on terrace. I really need to do something now. Thanks for reminding and inspiring.
You gotta find time for it! It does wonders for stress and helping those creative juices to flow, especially in the kinds of jobs we do.
