Any tips on how to integrate purchase code verification to SupportPress

TF comment system is tiresome and customers keep asking the same questions over and over. So I have resolved to use SupportPress to provide customer support because it has a search system that users can use to find solutions faster to an issue if it had previously been covered earlier. Moreover I can group comments into categories and each item can have its portal.

So I wanted to include Themeforest purchase code verification to prevent non-customers from requesting support.

Anyone with a clue on how to add purchase verification system to SupportPress? I tried all purchase verification plugins available and can’t make it work.

I would glad if someone helped because I believe there many authors facing the same problem.
