Anyone done a homepage takeover/banner? $$

Yo guys, I’m looking for a freelancer dude who has experience with “Homepage Takeovers”

I have an advertisement I’m doing for my site and have a homepage takeover. I need someone who has done a flash animation, the “Splash” page type of one. When you open a site and then something happens in a defined space right in the middle of the page – like a hand crashing through the page or something

Anyone done anything like that?

All design material would be provided, I need someone who can turn it into the right flash files.
