Anyone Else experienced money loss/amount disappearance?

My account balance had some money in it. But now it has went low to $10. about $150 has been just disappeared.

Anyone else experienced this, any does anyone know why?

Have not experienced anything like this, no. But it’s a big issue if what you say is true. You could’ve been lured into giving your account details out, and then maybe someone requested a payout? But in that case it’s weird that you still have $10…

The thing is, even if I was jacked, I can see the past payouts/withdrawals. There’s also no record of that. My money just became air.

And yes I think it’s a big issue.

Send a ticket to support they maybe can clear this up

Yeah I just did. I hope it was a slight technical issue. Still, if it was technical, I might wonder why it was only me affected..

Its possible that it was a tech issue. I have never really heard of this happening before…I’m sure support with get this worked out for you.

I just figured this happened right after I received a new referral comission. Which is currently my only balance lol.

It just happened to me too. Missing some money, sending a support ticket now.

Ticket submitted. Needless to say, this is a major problem. I’m only missing $42, but the fact my money can just disappear is just completely unacceptable.
