Anyone else got problem uploading item?

hi, i tried for several days to upload photos. i can’t do this. I think I’ve checked everything concerning the size of the file, the proxy, the anti-virus, zip file….it went wrong each time …please HELP !!

photos are supposed to be submitted as .JPG files, not archived in .ZIP

off course i tried to send it in jpeg too…....

Same problem today! i finally succeeded in uploading 2 files this morning…but now it doesn’t work. I really don’t know why….grrrr anyone else experienced that kind of issue? where do i post this message for a better feedback? thanks all!

I just used the FTP upload to upload without any issues. Have you tried FTP ?

i usually prefer uploading one by one, i don t have so much time and i think i have bigger chance to be viewed on the photodune homepage…At the moment it works….the problem seems to be occasional. thanks for your answer

just tried the FTP , my files don’t appear in the scroll menu ? Do i Miss something?

After you’ve uploaded the photos they should appear in your Author Dashboard>Upload under Files.

I have the same problem. File is loaded, but not in the list. Immediately disappears ….

We’ll get the Devs to take a look it. Thanks!
