Hello fellow authors and buyers.

Anyone from Germany, especially Stuttgart? I’m going to finish my studies there next year and I’m interested how much are the living expenses (acommodation mostly). What would be the minimum rent a student could find? I’m uncertain if I will get a place in the campus and I need to have some alternatives.

Thanks!

Hi, I’m not from Stuttgart but from Munich. I guess in Stuttgart, a small apartment for you will run you at 400€ a month or more.

When you are okay with flat share you might get away with half of it.

But best would be to just look at the prices for yourself, see what an apartment you like costs on www.immobilienscout24.de

for flat sharing offers, take a look at www.wg-gesucht.de

Thank you for the info. I will look into it. It’s very helpful. I’m going with another collegue and we could share an apartment. 400€ would be a good price.
