My item was soft rejected, and the reviewer says:
Your item Thunder Corporate & Portfolio WordPress Theme isn’t quite ready for ThemeForest. This is the reason given by our item inspector:
Can you please wait till we finish the conversation on the support ticket? You can resubmit after. Just soft rejecting for now.
But I don’t get the support ticket, and the reason for the soft rejection.
What can I do now? Anyone who can tell me what the reviewer mean?

You need to be patient. Check your spam box, you should be receiving emails from the reviewer helping you to achieve approval.
I was checked it, there is no email from the reviewer helping me to achieve approval.
