I’m really disappointed from one stuff: the “Anytime” theme isn’t a wordpress theme, but an HTML theme totally far from the wp projects. Can you please be clearer, as I’ve bought something that I don’t need for nothing. IS there a way to have back the option to get a wp theme paying a difference?

If you downloaded the html theme there is no refund and you cannot pay the diference for a wordpress theme.

Did you download the file? If not, Envato do have a refund policy.
Also, next time, don’t go blindly buying stuff. Every item contains a clear description in the right sidebar + you have the breadcrumbs navigation above to see in what category you’re in

I’m not a kid, so please pay attention with the words. Check the above url, and you’ll see how the item is sold as a wp theme. You have to know that your resellers are unclear.Wordpress Anytime Theme Blog Wordpress Theme. I wasn’t born to give problems to the people, but it seems that something betweeen owners and resellers must be clearer? Am I wrong? Please, let me know ASAP .

1. Do we give refunds if a person buys something by mistake The short answer is no. The long answer is if a buyer purchases a cheaper version of the same item (e.g. a site template, when they meant to buy the same item but as a Wordpress theme which includes the site template files) then yes we refund the purchase, and then make the second purchase for them. This is only done if it’s from the same author and the result is that the buyer is spending more money. [Actually on that note, in our old system when this happens, Envato ends up paying the author twice for the same thing … you can see why our current system is a bit dumb ]
