Apartment Website theme

I own an apartment complex, I would like to buy a template here for the website. I just need to have some basic things on the site like floorplans, ameneties, location, residents, contact information, map etc. I have been looking for themes here, all I find is templates for real estates. Can any one help me to get template for my needs? Thanks

I doubt you will find an exact template, just use your imagination. Perhaps look under business or magazine categories.
