In troubleshooting EnvatoTracker notifications not running I noticed my “sales” data is outdated in the user set – currently by one, so I have not been notified of my recent sale. Has this set been put on some type of scheduled update or is this unintentional?

For example, the below set shows a total of 1313 sales, when I actually have 1314:

http://marketplace.envato.com/api/v1/user:chrisfay,user.json

Any help would be appreciated from the devs as this has broken EnvatoTracker for the time being.

mine is down by two… keep hitting the update button to no avail. iEnvato however displays the correct amount, together with the right items that have sold.

Cheers!

Guess I’ll just switch over to using Edge instead as that has up to date data…

Looks like the Edge set is really slow to update sales total as well. Unfortunately this is the way I have coded the app to verify new sales and am hoping this is an easy issue to resolve.

Maybe an issue with the ttl or something? In any case, it was working fine until a few days ago…
