Fingers crossed this was just plain old human error, though it’s annoying for you either way definitely.
I had a soft rejection case with my theme bugs for my approved themes. I thought someone (or buyer) reported this to Envato support. I guess, you’ve something similar to this that someone reported about your design and similarity of market files and that happens.
Any news about it?
Please note that the sidebar only displays historical rejection details, and NOT the soft-disablement reason. You’re fully aware of why the item was soft-disabled, as you’ve submitted an update addressing the reason for this soft-disable, which was NOT design related (as you mentioned above as well).
Your update will go through the queue as usual, and all should be fine Thank you for your concern though.
This is just to clear up any confusion as to any peculiar reasons for soft-disabling in this case. If you go to the “History” tab, you will see the most recent notes from the Reviewer.
